Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, DebraAnn was inspired to begin a career in Alternative Health Care with the introduction to herbal supplementation used by her mother-in –law in 1983. After studying at D'Youville College, Clayton College of Natural Health, and Health Care Ministries International (HCMI), DebraAnn began her practice at Cross Current Health Care in East Aurora where she worked with many different types of health issues until 2008. She moved her practice to Shear Freedom in Depew, NY and in November, 2014, she opened the Alternative Holistic Wellness Care practice at 6161 Transit Rd, East Amherst where she currently practices. DebraAnn's certifications include: Total Body Analysis, Kinesiology, Homeopathy, Nutrition & Diet therapy, Lifestyle Analysis, Supplementation, Allergies, Physical Diagnosis, Muscle Testing and Bioenergetics, Raindrop therapy/Reflexology, Quantum Touch Therapy, Custom Essential oil Blends, Ionized Detox Foot Bath, Resetting/Tapping, Herbal Infused & Gem Essence Ear Coning.
DebraAnn has participated in and presented holistic health care seminars at many WNY locations including D’Youville College, Burgio Chiropractic, Holistic Alliance of WNY, Jill O'Hara's Holistic Expo at Delaware Park Buffalo, WDCX Radio Holistic Series, Amherst Library Holistic Series, Shear Freedom, San Raphael Reflexology, and Horizon Village. She regularly participates in Holistic Health & Wellness Expos, continuing educational seminars and training to stay abreast of the latest advances in energy work and nutritional discoveries. She has the great privilege of helping others feel better, improve their health and enhance their lives. As a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I am committed to bringing the best there is in non-traditional healthcare to all the individuals who seek assistance from me. At AHWC, we balance scientific fact with what really works consistently and still hold true to Biblical standards. We believe in correcting complaints and diseases at their source, rather than using drugs or surgery to conceal the issue. Our level of success makes us confident and excited to help others achieve complete healing no matter the complaint or diagnosis. It is our belief that there is no incurable illness. We have experienced, therefore promote, that the body has an awesome rejuvenating ability. The body has every potential and ability to fully and totally heal if the cause of the problem is removed and the body is supplied with the elements needed to initiate new healthy cells. No matter what the disease, complaint or illness, if you eliminate the cause, then the body will self-heal. The dimensions of the human frame include spirit, soul, and body. It takes all three of these factors to keep the human body balanced and healthy.
